Potential value
David Cohen — 3 days overdue
You promised to send a revised proposal.
AI found David’s request, your promise for the following day, and no later email containing the proposal.
Ron Levi — ₪20,000
Payment was expected yesterday. No confirmation found.
Maya Brooks — Needs reply
She asked for a contract and hasn’t received a response.
The problem
Your inbox remembers everything. You shouldn’t have to.
Promises hide inside threads. Deadlines move. A “yes, I’ll send it tomorrow” disappears under fifty new emails — until a client asks again.
Promises fade
Small commitments are easy to make and hard to track across busy weeks.
Email is not a task list
Flags and labels still require you to notice and maintain them.
Relationships carry context
The important next step depends on what happened before.
Late is expensive
Missed follow-ups cost trust, revenue, and momentum.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
We built FollowUp Memory for communication you care about. That makes trust, evidence, and control first-class product features.
Does FollowUp Memory send emails automatically?
No. It drafts replies for you to review and edit, then opens them in your own mailbox. Nothing is sent without you.
Which mailboxes are supported?
Gmail and Google Workspace, and Outlook / Microsoft 365 (including Outlook.com). Connect up to five mailboxes, Gmail and Outlook together, each with its calendar. Access is read-only.
Do you train AI models on my email?
No. The full sanitized body of an imported non-empty message may be analyzed to find commitments, but provider-side response storage is disabled and connected communication is not used to train generalized models.
What counts as a commitment?
An explicit promise, request, deadline, payment expectation, document handoff, or follow-up supported by source evidence in your communication.
What if the AI is not sure?
Every finding has a confidence score. Lower-confidence items stay out of your main feed, and every surfaced item links back to exact evidence.
Can I try it without connecting my mailbox?
Yes. Live demo mode includes a realistic workspace with 100 emails, 20 commitments, contacts, payments, and meetings.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete imported email, disconnect integrations, re-sync, or delete your account from Privacy settings.
